摘要 采用UPLC-PDA法测定不同采收期白花延龄草根茎及茎叶中重楼皂苷Ⅵ及偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量。色谱柱:Waters acquity UPLC BEH C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm);检测器:PDA;流动相:乙腈(A)-水(B);流速:0.4m L/min;线性梯度洗脱:0min^5min,40%A^47%A;柱温:35℃;检测波长:203nm;进样量:2μL。3个时期白花延龄草根茎中重楼皂苷Ⅵ含量分别为1.06%、1.19%和1.35%,茎叶中含量分别为0.019%、0.010%和0.002%;根茎中偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量分别为0.91%、0.97%和1.12%,茎叶中含量分别为0.064%、0.049%和0.012%。 The content of polyphyllin Ⅵand pennogenin - 3 - O - α - L - rharnnopyranosyl - ( - PDA, which were seperated from the rhizome and stem leaf of white flowered trillium got in different harvest time. Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column( 1.7μm,2.1mm × 100mm) was used, PDA was detector,the mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile(A) - Water(B) ,the flow rate was 0.4mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 203nm. The content of polyphyllin Ⅵ in white flowered trillium rhizomem and stem leave got in three period were 1.06%, 1.19%, 1.35% and 0.019% ,0.010% ,0.002% respectively,and the content of pennogenin- 3 - O- α- L- rhamnopyranosyl - (1→4) - [ α- L- rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2) ] - β- D- glucopyranoside were 0.91% ,0.97%, 1.12% and 0.064 % ,0.049% ,0.012% respectively.
