摘要
以Innography专利信息检索平台以及德温特专利数据库(DII)收录的高铁专利为数据来源,结合描述性统计和专利关键词共现知识图谱分析,从技术研发态势、竞争环境和重要技术领域三个方面,对高铁领域的技术机会进行了实证分析。通过专利申请数量及技术周期的变化,揭示了技术发展历程及潜能;从市场层面分析技术的布局情况,锁定特定市场里具有竞争力的创新主体,进而了解企业的竞争环境;通过关键词词频聚类分析重要及热点技术领域,探索技术机会和前景。结合分析结论,从专利布局和专利主体优化角度提出了相关的建议。
Based on patent data from Innography and Derwent Innovations Index ( DII), this paper explores high-speed rail technology opportunity by using the descriptive analysis and knowledge mapping analysis. An empirical research is carried out from three aspects of technology development trend, competition environment and the important technology fields. The technology trend is demonstrated by the patent application quantity and technology cycle changes revealing the technology development history and process. The competition envi- ronment analysis afterwards is aimed at discovering technology market opportunity, and an analysis with a market perspective of technology layout and the main competitive innovators in market helps define the competition environment of an enterprise. Then, with the aid of key- word clustering analysis of the key and hot technology fields of high-speed rail, the technology opportunity and prospect are discussed. At last, based on the conclusions of the empirical analysis, relevant suggestions are put forward from the view of patent distribution and patent subject optimization.
