摘要
地铁盾构近距离穿越既有桥梁时可采取隔离桩作为地基加固措施,但当隔离桩距离既有桥梁较近时,需分析隔离桩施工对既有桥梁结构的影响。以南京某城际铁路高架桥为研究对象,采用数值模拟和现场监测分析了隔离桩(钻孔灌注桩)施工对铁路桥墩的影响。研究表明:隔离桩钻孔引起铁路桥墩上浮,隔离桩浇筑引起铁路桥墩下沉,隔离桩施工最终导致铁路桥墩下沉;隔离桩施工过程中,铁路桥墩向加固区轻微偏移,最终水平位移较小,在可控范围内;在南京地区采用施一隔五的施工顺序进行钻孔灌注桩施工时,对铁路桥墩的位移影响较小,也在可控范围内。
Isolation pile is an available reinforcement technique for foundation when metro shield crossesa bridge from close range,but when the isolation pile is too close to the existing bridge, the influence of pile construction on the existing bridge structure should be analyzed. Based on a case study of an inter- city railway viaduct in Nanjing City, the influence of isolation pile construction on high-speed railway piers is analyzed by nu- merical simulation and field monitoring. The research shows that: isolation pipe's drilling caused bridge pierrs uplift, isola- tion pipe pouring caused pierrs settlement, and the construction of isolation pile construction eventually result in the subsidence of high-speed rail bridge piers. In the construction process of i- solation piles, the pier would move to the reinforced zone slightly, but the final horizontal displacement is very small within the controllabel range. The influence of bored pile con- struction on high-speed railway bridge pier's displacement is small when the interval of the construction pile is at every five sequence in Nanjing area, this is also in the controllable range.
