摘要
玉米铣刀切削仿真中单元划分过多,计算速度慢。为了提升仿真效率,对玉米铣刀刀片的分布规律及其切削特征进行了分析,针对这些特征,提出了简化模型的方法,推导了玉米铣刀的切削力拟合公式,并以某款玉米铣刀为例,介绍了实现仿真的具体步骤及仿真结果。
The computational efficiency reduced when too many elements were generated in simulating the machining process with a corn-shaped milling cutter. In order to improve the efficiency of simulation,the arrangement of the inserts and its cutting characteristics were investigated. A simplified model of calculating the cutting forces was proposed. The fitted formula of cutting force with corn-shaped milling cutter in machining was deduced. And as an example,the concrete steps and the results of the simulation of the corn-shaped milling cutter were presented.
