摘要
目的探讨应用优甲乐替代治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效及对血脂和心肌酶谱的影响,指导临床合理治疗。方法选择2013年1月—2014年1月在我院治疗的56例甲状腺功能减退症患者为观察对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均给予优甲乐替代治疗,观察治疗4周,治疗前后检测血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C)、心肌酶谱(AST、CK、CK-MB和LDH)以及甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4和TSH)。结果治疗后血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C)、心肌酶谱(AST、CK、LDH和HBDH)以及甲状腺功能TSH,较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后FT3、FT4较治疗前明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优甲乐替代治疗甲状腺功能减退症效果显著,改善脂代谢和心肌酶紊乱,无明显不良反应,治疗安全性高,可作为甲状腺功能减退症伴有血脂、心肌酶升高患者的首选用药,值得在临床中推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of Euthyrox replacement therapy on hypothyroidism and its influence on blood fat and myocardial enzymes.METHODS To observe 56 cases of patients with hypothyroidism in the writer＇s hospital since January of2013 and conduct a retrospective analysis of their clinical data.All patients receive Euthyrox replacement therapy for 4 weeks,and blood lipid parameter（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C）,myocardial enzymes（AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH） and thyroid function（FT3,FT4,TSH） wiould be tested before and after the treatment.RESULTS The result is that after the treatment,blood lipid parameter（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C） and myocardial enzymes（AST,CK,LDH,HBDH） and thyroid function TSH enjoyed a significant decrease,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;FT and FT4 had increased apparently,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Conclusion could be withdrawn that the clinical effects of Euthyrox replacement therapy for hypothyroidism was remarkable in improving the lipid metabolism and myocardial enzymes disorder with no adverse reaction and high safety in treatment,therefore it could be the first choice in treating the hypothyroidism with blood lipid and myocardial enzymes disorder.
