摘要
主要研究了燃烧助剂Ag2O及其添加量对α-Al2O3陶瓷管支撑体性能的影响,通过SEM、XRD、三点弯曲法、质量损失法、液体静力称重法、自制纯水通量测定装置等对α-Al2O3陶瓷管支撑体样品的微观形貌、物相组成、机械强度、抗酸碱性、孔隙率、纯水通量等性能进行分析表征。研究结果表明:燃烧助剂Ag2O的添加促进了支撑体的烧结和致密性,并且当Ag2O加入量为1.0%时,支撑体的机械强度为75.47MPa,孔隙率31.97%,纯水通量达到6880.72L/m2·h·MPa,酸/碱腐蚀重量损失率为1.06/1.14%。
Effects of silver oxide and its content on the properties of porous alumina ceramic membrane Support were mainly studied in this paper.The microstructure,phase composition,mechanical strength,acid and alkali corrosion resistant,porosity and pure water flux of the samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,three point bending,mass loss measurement,liquid static weighing,and pure water flux test on a homemade device.The results show that addition of the combustion adjuvant Ag2 O can promote sintering and compactness of the membrane support.When the Ag2 O addition amount was 1.0%,the bending strength of membrane support is 75.47 MPa,porosity is 31.97%,the pure water flux is 6880.72L/m2·h·MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.06/1.14%.
