从高分子实验教学改革谈创新人才培养 被引量:11

Preliminarily Study on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents with Teaching Reform of Polymer Experiment

摘要 培养创新人才是高校永恒的历史使命,实验教学是理工科院校人才培养的重要环节。本文以培养创新人才为背景,针对高分子材料专业学生学习中积极性不高、理论与实践脱节等问题,开展教学研究与教学改革,从改革实验教学体系,改进实验教学内容,创新教学方法与手段等方面介绍了高分子实验教学改革在创新人才培养中的重要作用。实践证明,这些改革可有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的动手能力和创新意识,是培养学生综合素质的重要途径。 Experimental teaching is an effective form in the colleges of science and engineering talent cultivation, while the colleges undertaking the historical mission of cultivating innovative talents. Based on the background of the cultivation of innovative talents, the new approach was adopted to solve the problem of polymer materials students, such as the low learning enthusiasm and the disconnection between theory and practice. Teaching research and reform was developed to improve the culturing of innovative talents. The purpose is to motivate the students' interest in learning the subject of polymer materials and overcome the separation of theory from practice. Practice showed that these reform measures can effectively stimulate students' learning interest, improve practical ability and innovative consciousness, and it is an important way of cultivating students' comprehensive quality.
