亚临界水萃取常山胡柚皮中橙皮苷的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以常山胡柚(Citrus paradisi cv.Changshanhuyou)皮为原料,研究了采用亚临界水萃取橙皮苷的工艺技术参数。探讨了温度、压力、液料比、萃取时间以及蒸馏水流速对胡柚皮中橙皮苷提取率的影响。结果表明,动态亚临界水萃取最佳提取工艺条件为温度150℃,压力10 MPa,流速为40 m L/min,在此条件下50.0 g烘干胡柚皮提取110 min,橙皮苷提取率为0.070 09%。静态亚临界水萃取最佳提取工艺条件为温度150℃,液料比40∶1(m L∶g),反应时间40 min,橙皮苷提取率为0.066 7%。亚临界水萃取具有绿色环保、无有机溶剂残留、提取率高等特点。 The extraction processes of hesperidin from Huyou by using subcritical water extraction were systematically studied in this paper. The process of using dynamic subcritieal water extraction of hesperidin in Huyou were researched. The single factor experiments and the orthogonal tests were done to optimize the extracting conditions as follows: temperature 150℃; pressure 10MPa; flow rate 40 ml/min;50.0g dried Huyou peel extracting for 110 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of hesperidin was 0.070 09%. Process optimum conditions of using static subcritical water extraction of hesperidin in Huyou were: temperature 150℃,the ratio of material and extracting liquid was 1:40; reacting time 40 min, and a hesperidin extraction rate of 0.0667% was achieved.
