摘要
中国作为发展中国家,城市化进程正不断推进,城市中不断增加的人口数量需要大量的住房和各类配套设施,为了不因为城市扩张而破坏农田,各大城市正大力开发利用地下空间,但很多人对地下空间开发的必要性和可能遇到的各种问题认识不够。文章从国内外的城市地下空间开发利用出发的状况结合南昌市的特点,阐述了南昌市开发地下空间的必要性,开发过程中可能遇到的问题,对南昌市的具体情况提出了相应的建议,希望为南昌市的城市地下空间开发的可持续发展提供参考。
As a developing country, China is advancing urbanization, the increasing population in cities need a lot of housing and all kinds of supporting facilities, in order not to destroy the farmland because of urban sprawl, cities are vigorously the development and utilization of underground space, but a lot of people to the necessity of development of underground space and may encounter all sorts of trouble understanding is not enough.This article from the status of the domestic and foreign urban underground space development and utilization of combining with the characteristics of Nanchang city, this paper expounds the necessity of nanchang city development of underground space, and in the development process and possible problems in the development process, the specific situation of nanchang city puts forward the corresponding suggestion, hope for nanchang city underground space development and sustainable development to provide the reference.
