摘要
现今社会,为了完善企业营业系统、提高企业售前与售后的服务质量、增强企业在本行业中的竞争力,一些有远见的企业公司都会建立属于它们自己的呼叫中心。文章首先介绍了外包呼叫中心系统的实现方案,其次介绍了下一代呼叫中心系统组网方式和业务流程,最后介绍了下一代外包呼叫中心的特点。
Today's society, in order to improve the enterprise business system, improve the quality of service and after-sales service, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry, some of the Enterprise will have a vision to build their own call center.In this paper, we first introduce the implementation of the outsourcing call center system, and then introduce the next generation call center system and business process.
