摘要
基于美国顾客满意度指数模型,结合酒店实习生的个性特点,在前人的研究基础上,构建了用于测度酒店实习生满意度(HTSI)的概念模型和研究假设。研究结果表明,在影响酒店实习生满意度的三大潜变量中,感知价值最为重要,其次为实习体验和感知质量。深入分析发现,专业知识的提升、考核制度、人际关系、培训机会、实习的总体效果等观测变量对潜变量的作用明显,是影响酒店实习生满意度的关键要素。
Based on the American customer satisfaction index model,combining with hotel interns' personality characteristics and the previous researches,a concept model is established to measure the hotel interns' satisfaction index( HTSI). Results show that among three major latent variables,perceptive value is the most important,followed by practice experience and perceptive quality. Furthermore,several other observable variables,such as the professional knowledge improvement,appraisal system,interpersonal relationship,training opportunities and the total practice effect and so on,have an obvious effect on the latent variables and are the key factors of the satisfaction degree of the hotel interns.
