摘要
审美本质迄今仍是不少学者抵御反本质主义思潮的最后堡垒,而本尼特"没有审美的文学"有利于突破这道防线。但本尼特对文学性的解构存在为人忽视的内部张力:他一方面从理论上批评西方马克思主义文论依赖一系列否定的限定关系来界定文学,另一方面又主张应在关系语境中研究文学,两者在方法论上其实并无大异。针对诠释过程中文本的形而上学迷思,他提出了阅读型构策略。这种运用式的文学观固然极大地张扬了读者的能动性,却也留下了过度阐释的隐忧,且与其关系语境论殊难相容。
The aesthetic nature is still the last bastion of many scholars for resisting anti-essentialism,while Tony Bennett's " no literary aesthetic" helps to break through the defensive line. However,some tension is neglected in Bennett's deconstruction of the literary nature. On the one hand,he criticizes that the Western Marxist literary theory defines the literature according to a series of negative relations. On the other hand,he advocates that the literature should be studied in the context of the relationship.In fact,there is no big difference between them in methodology. According to the metaphysical myth of text in the process of interpretation,he proposes the strategy of reading-construction model. This literature view of application type greatly stimulates readers' initiative,but it also leaves worries of over interpretation and it is difficult to compatible with his theory of relationship context.
