摘要
文章对智能变电站分布式测量和控制(保护)系统中电子式互感器、合并单元以及通讯系统等与传统电磁式互感器的特性进行了比较,对其产生测量误差的部分原因进行了初步分析。并且针对电子式互感器的校验和溯源问题,在比较了传统互感器的校验方法后,提出了新的校验和实现量值溯源的方法。
In this paper, we compared electronic transformer, merging unit and communication system in the distribu- ted measurement and control(protection) system of smart substation with the the characteristic of traditional electro- magnetic transformer, and analyzed the causes of measurement error. Moreover, in view of the calibration and tracing problem of electronic transformer, we presented the new method of calibration and quantity value tracing after compa- ring the traditional calibration method of transformer.
