摘要
【目的】了解水产源气单胞菌对苯扎溴铵的药物敏感性,为苯扎溴铵在水产养殖中的科学、合理使用提供参考依据。【方法】从广东省珠江三角洲地区某猪一鱼立体养殖鱼塘的猪粪、池塘水体、底泥及鱼体组织等样品中分离纯化气单孢菌,然后采用96孔微量板法对分离获得的气单孢菌进行最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)测定,分析其对苯扎溴铵的敏感性特征。【结果】共分离纯化获得121株气单胞菌,其中猪源64株、鱼源23株、池塘水源20株、池塘底泥源14株。苯扎溴铵对气单胞菌的MIC和MBC范围均在8-128μg/mL。在MIC50和MIC90方面,以猪源受试菌株的MIC50和MIC90最低,分别为8.9和30.0μg/mL;鱼源受试菌株的MIC50和MIC90最高,分别为22-3和39.2μg/mL。根据MBC/MIC≤4可判定药物具杀菌活性的原则,可知苯扎溴铵对99.17%受试菌株具有良好的杀菌效果。【结论】苯扎溴铵对水产源气单胞菌具有良好的杀菌效果,但在实际生产中需要提高其有效使用浓度。
[Objective ]The susceptibility of Aeromonas spp. from aquaculture against benzalkonium bromide was stud- ied in order to provide references for scientific and rational use of benzalkonium bromide in aquaculture. [Method] Aeromonas strains were isolated from swine manure, pond water, sediment and fish of one pig-fish integrated pond locat- ed in Pearl River Delta area. And the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of these strains were determined by using 96-microwells plates, so as to analyze susceptibility of Aeromonas spp. against benzalkonium bromide. [Result]The results showed that a total of 121 Aeromonas strains were isolated and puri- fied, including 64 strains from swine, 23 strains from fish, 20 strains from pond water and 14 strains from sediment. The MIC and MBC of Aeromonas strains ranged from 8 to 128 μg/mL. MIC50 and MIC90 of strains from pig were 8.9 and 30.0 μg/mL, respectively, which were lower than those of strains from fish, water and sediment. Furthermore, MIC50 and MIC90 of strains from fish were the highest, which were 22.3 and 39.2 μg/mL, respectively. According to principle that if MBC/ MIC ratio was less than or equal to 4, drug would be judged to has bactericidal activity, the benzalkonium bromide had good bactericidal effect on 99.17% strains. [Conclusion]The benzalkonium bromide has good bactericidal effect on Aeromonas spp. from aquaculture, however its effective concentration should be increased in aquaculture.
