摘要
提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的高压直流输电(HVDC)-阀控设备(VCE)故障录波功能架构。录波数据的采集采用高速FPGA搭载外部大容量同步动态随机存储器(SDRAM)芯片,使数据采集模块能快速准确地捕捉到HVDC-VCE高速变化的状态数据;录波数据上传后转换为标准的COMTRADE格式波形文件。给出了录波功能控制硬件原理和控制软件流程图。实际测试结果证明了提出的控制架构和控制方法的可行性和理论分析的正确性,波形复原后,可准确的反映HVDC-VCE的运行状态。
A Fault-wave-record function structure based on field programable gate array (FPGA) is proposed which is used in high voltage direct current transmission (HVDC)-valve control equipment(VCE).Wave data is captured by hi- gh-speed FPGA with external large capacity synchronous dynamic random access memory chip(SDRAM),which can ke- ep the data acquisition module capture the high-speed-changing state data of HVDC-VCE rapidly and accurately.Fau- lt-wave-record data uploaded be converted to standard COMTRADE waveform files.The hardware structural principle and control software flowchart of fault-wave-record function are given.The test results prove the feasibility of control structure and correctness of theoretical analysis, recovered-wave can accurately reflect the running state of HVDC-VCE.
