摘要
目的:建立化痔胶囊中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法:以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(42∶58)为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,采用HPLC对化痔胶囊中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的进行含量测定。结果:柚皮苷和新橙皮苷分别在0.4658~9.3160μg(r=0.9997)、0.2834~5.6680μg(r=0.9994),进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.89%、99.07%,RSD(n=6)分别为1.32%、1.85%。结论:方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,可作为化痔胶囊中的柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量控制方法。
Objective: It is to establish HPLC determination of naringin in hemorrhoids capsule in the new method of the content of hesperidin. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for hem- orrhoids capsule of naringin and new content determination of hesperidin, with a 0.5% acetonitfile phosphate (42 : 58) as mobile phase, detection wavelength : 283 nm. Results: New naringin and hesperidin in 0. 4658 ~ 9.3160 mug ( r = 0. 9997 ), 0.2834 ~ 5. 6680 mug ( r = 0.9994) sample had good linear relationship with the peak area, the average sample recovery rate was 99.89%, 99.07%, and RSD (n =6) were 1.32%, 1.85% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used as the main new capsule of naringin and hesperidin content control method.
