摘要
对60份酸枣资源的7个果实表型性状进行了调查和统计分析,发现果实风味、果实颜色表现出较高的遗传多样性。对酸枣果实的13个品质性状进行了统计和相关分析,发现单果重、淀粉含量和可滴定酸含量具有较大的变异系数,部分品质性状间存在显著或极显著的相关性。对酸枣果实品质性状的主成分分析结果表明:在4个主成分中,第1主成分可以反映单果重和果实纵径,第2主成分可以反映单核重和可食率,第4主成分可反映可溶性糖、维生素C和可滴定酸含量;计算出了各酸枣资源的各主成分得分,以供选育良种时参考。
The seven phenotypic traits of fruits of 60 wild jujube germplasm resources were surveyed and statistically analyzed, and it was found that the fruit color and flavor of wild jujube showed a higher genetic diversity. The 13 fruit quality traits of wild ju- jube were studied through statistics and correlation analysis, and we found that single-fruit weight, starch content and titratable acid content had a higher variable coefficient, and there were significant or highly significant correlations among some quality traits of wild jujube fruits. The principal component analysis showed that: among the four main components, the first principal component could reflect single-fruit weight and long diameter of fruits; the second principal component could reflect single-core weight and edible rate ; the fourth principal component could reflect the content of soluble sugar, vitamin C and titratable acid. The scores of four prin- cipal components of all wild jujube germplasm resources were calculated, for the sake of providing reference for wild jujube breeding.
