摘要
在文献研究和理论推演的基础上,提出了企业文化变革对新生代员工工作压力影响的概念模型,并对数据加以验证.实证结果表明:与企业文化变革有关的四个维度——物质、制度、行为和精神的变革均与新生代员工工作压力有显著的正向影响,其中制度变革的影响程度显著性最强.据此,从企业文化变革的进程调整来减缓新生代员工工作压力,就要进行制度创新,蕴含文化性,重视行为文化的影响,调整变革的推动方式.
Based on the literature review and theoretical deduction,a conceptual model of the influence of corporate culture change on the work stress for new generation employees is proposed and then verified in this paper.It is shown through the empirical results that the four dimensions related to the enterprise culture change,namely,material,institution,behavior and mental changes,all have significant positive influence on job stress,of which the impact of significant institutional change is the greatest. According to the empirical research,in corporate culture change,institutional change should be put first,the influence of culture change emphasized and means of change be adjusted.
