摘要 本文研究了Al-Ti中间合金加入量、加入后保温时间和加入温度对ZAl Zn11Si7合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当Ti的加入量为0.2%时,合金组织的细化效果最理想,同时合金的硬度达到最大值,比未加Al-Ti合金时提高了6.2%;加入Al-Ti合金后,随着保温时间的延长,合金组织细化效果出现衰退现象,同时合金硬度也逐渐降低;Al-Ti中间合金加入温度为720℃时,合金组织和硬度最为理想。 In this paper, the effect of addition of A1 - Ti alloy , holding time and modification tem- perature on microstructure and property of ZA1Znl 1Si7 alloy were studied. The results show that the mierostrueture refinement effect is well, when addition of 0. 2% Ti, meanwhile the hardness of the alloy is increased 6.2% , comparing with no addition of Ti. With the prolongation of holding time, effect of microstructure refinement of alloy recession phenomenon, the hardness of the alloy decreases, after joining A1 -Ti alloy. The alloy microstructure and hardness were most ideal, which Al -Ti master alloy addition temperature is 720℃.
