摘要
湖南城建职院土木教学大楼在投资成本增加有限的情况下,于2015年获得国家二星级绿色建筑认证。以该项目为例,从建筑性质、建设特点、场地环境等多个影响因素出发,基于绿色建筑评价标准,本着"被动优先、主动优化"原则,探讨校园扩建中建筑的绿色设计策略,实现建筑的可持续发展,以期为同类工程实践提供参考。
Civil Engineering Teaching Building of Hunan Urban Construction Vocational and Technical College costs accessed to the national two-star green building certification in 2015 under the limited construction investment. Taking this project as an example, from many factors including the construction nature, the construction characteristic and the environment and so on, based on the green building evaluation standard and the principle of "passive priority and active optimization", the green design strategy of building in campus expansion is expounded to achieve the sustainable development of building and provide reference for the similar engineering practice.
