摘要
以某矿近距离煤层群为对象,采用FLAC3D有限差分程序模拟分析了下部煤层软煤岩巷道围岩应力分布特征和变形破坏机理,并提出了相应的支护对策。研究结果表明:受上部煤层开采影响,近距离煤层群下部岩层应力会增加,且垂直应力增加幅度较水平应力更为明显。当巷道所在处岩体应力状态由水平应力场转变为垂直应力场时,要加强巷帮支护,抑制巷道顶底板深部岩层的剪切破坏。井下试验表明,通过加强巷帮支护,可以有效控制巷道顶底板变形,确保巷道安全使用。
Taking close distance coal seams of a coal mine as an research object,stress distribution characteristics and deformation failure mechanism of soft rock roadway surrounding rock in lower layer influenced by upper coal mining were researched by applying FLAC3 D,and corresponding supporting measures were put forward. Results show that strata stress in floor would increase,and increasing extent of vertical stress was more obvious than that of horizontal. Roadside supporting was strengthened to inhibit the shear failure of deep rock in roof and floor when the stress state of roadway would be excavated changed from horizontal stress field to vertical stress field. Underground test showed that shear failure was effectively controlled by strengthening roadside supporting,and it can guarantee safe usage of roadway.
