摘要
赵固一矿西翼风井设计井深636.8 m,其中标高-460^-503 m段井壁采用C100高性能混凝土浇筑。现场通过控制施工材料质量、混凝土配制水灰比、混凝土振捣等技术与管理手段,顺利完成C100混凝土井壁施工,C100混凝土在1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d龄期的抗压强度分别达到设计强度的40%、60%、90%、100%、115%。综上所述,冻结法施工的深井井筒采用C100混凝土浇筑井壁,能够提高承压能力,减小井壁厚度,降低工程造价,减少井筒开挖量,确保施工安全。
The depth of western air shaft in Zhaogu No. 1 Coal Mine is designed as 636. 8 m. The shaft liner of- 460 m to- 503 m used C100 high performance concrete. The shaft lining construction of the C100 high performance concrete had completed successfully by the controlling of material quality,water-cement ratio and vibrating. For the strength of C100 in 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d,it attained to40%,60%,90%,100%,115% of the variation respectively. To summarize what has been mentioned above,the application of the C100 high performance concrete in deep mine shaft by using freezing construction,could increase the bearing strength,reduce the thickness of the mine shaft liner,the engineering cost,and the excavating quantity of shaft. Meanwhile,it could ensure the safety of construction.
