摘要 目的探讨荧光定量PCR技术在临床微生物检测中的应用。方法选取医院收治的门诊及住院102例患者的临床标本,利用荧光定量PCR技术对微生物进行检测,观察微生物检测结果。结果脓液标本中,检出金黄色葡萄球菌4株;在大便标本中,检出沙门氏菌21株、肠出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7 2株、副溶血性弧菌12株;荧光定量PCR技术检测临床微生物特异性和灵敏度良好,精确定量。结论荧光定量PCR技术具有特异性高、灵敏度好、精确定量的优点,检测结果良好。 Objective To study the fluorescence quantitative PCR technology in clinical application of microbiological detection. Methods To select 102 clinical specimens from outpatients and inpatients in our hospital,using the fluorescent quantitative PCR technology for microbial testing,observation of microbial test results. Results The pus,check out the 4 aureus strains. In the fecal specimen,21 strains of salmonella, 2 strains of e.coli O157 : H7,12 strains of deputy hemolytic vibrio. Fluorescence quantitative PCR technique to detect the clinical microbiology had specificity and sensitivity,and had good precision quantitative. Conclusion The fluorescence quantitative PCR technique with high specificity,sensitivity,the advantages of accurate quantitative widely applied in clinical microbiology tests.
