摘要
目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术(PD)后经鼻肠管行肠内营养治疗患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析42例行PD后经鼻肠管给予肠内营养患者的临床资料和护理方法。结果 42例PD后经鼻肠管给予肠内营养的患者,经术前护理、术后护理、肠外营养支持护理和肠内营养支持护理后,发生胃潴留的比例及术后恢复正常饮食时间均较低,住院总费用也少。结论 PD后经鼻肠管行肠内营养患者通过术前护理、术后护理、肠外营养支持护理和肠内营养支持护理,患者术后并发症发生率低,术后恢复快。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods of nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition patients after PD. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and nursing methods of 42 cases of the nasal tube enteral nutrition patients after PD. Results The 42 cases of the nasal tube enteral nutrition patients after PD with preoperative nursing,postoperative nursing,nutritional support and parenteral nutrition support nursing care,the ratio of gastric retention and postoperative recovery time of normal diet was low,the total cost of hospitalization was less. Conclusion The nasointestinal tube enteral nutrition patients after PD,through the preoperative nursing,postoperative nursing, nutritional support and parenteral nutrition support nursing care, the postoperative complication rate is lower,and the recovery is faster.
