盐酸头孢噻呋乳液制剂制备及抑菌试验研究

摘要 以吐温-80、斯盘-80为乳化剂,甲基纤维素为助悬剂,通过表面活性剂复配方法制备了盐酸头孢噻呋乳液制剂,并对制剂稳定性、粒径进行了表征。结果表明,制备的盐酸头孢噻呋乳液制剂分散均匀,平均粒径0.137μm,粒径分布在0.065~0.188μm,加速试验盐酸头孢噻呋含量97.15%、长期稳定性试验盐酸头孢噻呋含量96.47%,均达到注射液制剂标准。将自制的盐酸头孢噻呋乳液制剂与市售的盐酸头孢噻呋混悬液以及头孢噻呋钠冻干粉通过琼脂扩散法对大肠杆菌菌株(E.coli)、金葡萄球菌菌株(Gold aureus)进行体外抗菌活性试验比较,具有较好的抑菌效果。 Tween-80,Span-SO as emulsifier,nmthyl cellulose as a suspending agent,through the surfactant complex was prepared by emulsion fimnulation of ceftiofur hydrochloride which fornmlation stabiliw,parti- tie size were characterized.The results showed that ceftiofur hydrochloride prepared uniformly dispersed enmlsion fornmlations,the average particle size of 0.137μm,the particle size distribution in 0.065-0.188 μ re,accelerated testing ceftiofiar hydrochloride content of 97.15%,the long-term stability test ceftiofur hydrochloride content of 96.47%,have reached the standard injection preparations. The ceftiofur hydrochloride emulsion and ceftiofur hydrochloride suspension and Ceftiofur sodium lyophilized powder through by the agar diffusion method for E. coli,Gold aureus in vitro antibacterial activity test compared with better antibacterial effect.
