摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,经水解、常压聚合合成绿色阻垢剂水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA),对合成产品进行了红外光谱分析,证实产物为目标产物。将产品水解聚马来酸酐与其它4种水处理剂进行复配,均表现出明显的协同作用,其中水解聚马来酸酐与2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)以3∶2形成的复配物在总用量为15mg·L^(-1)时阻垢率达到97.85%。
Green scale inhibitor hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride (HPMA) was synthesized by using maleic anhydride through hydrolysis and polymerization at normal atmospheric pressure.The structure of synthetic product was analyzed by infrared spectrum and IR analysis results indicate the product has the same structure with the aim compound. The compound formulation of HPMA with other four kinds of water treatment agent show obvious syn- ergistic effect.The compound formulation of HPMA and PBTCA are done according to ratio of 3:2 in the total amount of 15mg·L^-1 and the scale inhibition rate can be up to 97.85%.
