摘要
本文通过利用2005-2013年我国23个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,从全国和区域两个方面实证分析了法制建设与金融发展的关系。结果表明,我国法制建设与金融发展之间存在正向相关系,且呈现比较明显的区域性特征。因此,加强法制建设不仅可以促进我国金融发展,还可以缩小地区间金融发展的差距。
