摘要
目的探讨人工膝关节置换术老年患者围手术期的护理问题及护理要点。方法观察28例实施人工膝关节置换术的老年患者,找出其易出现的问题并积极采取相应的围手术期护理措施。结果 28例患者膝关节功能恢复良好,切口愈合好,无1例并发症发生,均获得满意效果。结论人工膝关节置换术患者精心全面的围手术期护理可巩固手术效果,避免并发症的发生,有利于术后功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the nursing important points and questions of elderly patients with artificial knee replacement during the peroperative period. Methods To observe 28 cases of elderly patients with artificial knee replacement, find out the problems easy to happen and take corresponding peroperative period nursing measures positively. Results The knee function of 28 patients recovered well, wound healing well, no complications occurred, all the patients have got satisfactory results. Conclusion Careful and full peroperative period nursing for patients with artificial knee replacement can consolidate the operation effect, prevent the oc- currence of complications, benefit for postoperative functional recovery, improve the quality of life of patients.
