摘要
本文从儿童咽鼓管的结构特点出发,解释了儿童咽鼓管功能不良高发的原因;简要介绍了现有咽鼓管功能不良的治疗方法及优缺点,并对新近出现的咽鼓管球囊扩张技术的发展、适应证、疗效等方面进行回顾,提出这种技术可作为儿童咽鼓管功能不良的一种治疗手段,需要积累更多的临床数据验证。
High incidence of eustachian tube dysfunction（ETD） in children was due to its anatomical characteristics. There were many therapeutic methods for ETD, which were briefly introduced and evaluated. Balloon Eustachian tuboplasty （BET）, which was reviewed about its development, indications and effectiveness, was a new method for ETD. It may be used for ETD in Children. Need to accumulate more clinical data validation.
