摘要
目的调查重庆市各县区二级及以上医院实习护士职业暴露现状,分析实习护士职业暴露影响因素,并提出相应建议。方法采用职业暴露危险因素调查问卷对随机抽取的200名实习护士进行调查,并与80名在职护士进行比较分析。结果本科以下学历实习护士职业暴露相关知识知晓率较低,外科、传染科实习护士职业暴露比例高于其他科室,职业暴露伤害主要是由回套针头、针帽及传递刀片、安瓿伤等原因造成,实习护生临床处置能力、临床防护能力、健康教育能力等自评得分显著低于在职护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实习护士对实践操作中的职业暴露知识相对较欠缺,职业安全防护意识薄弱,需加强专业知识培养与教育。
Objective To investigate the current situation of occupational exposure among the practicing nurses in second class or more hospitals in various districts and counties of Chongqing City,to analyze the influence factors of occupational ex posure and to offer the corresponding proposals. Methods The survey was performed on 200 randomly extracted practicing nurses by the occupational exposure risk factors questionnaires. The results with 80 nurses on job were performed the comparative analysis.Results The awareness rate of occupational exposure related knowledge in the practicing nurses with educational background under bachelor degree was lower,and the occupational exposure proportion in the practicing nurses of the surgical and infectious departments was higher than that of the other departments. The occupational exposure harms were mainly caused by returning sy-ringe needle,needle cap,transmitting blade,ampoule-hurt,and so on. The self-assessment scores of clinical processing ability,clinical protective ability and health educational ability in the practicing nurses were significantly lower than those in the nurses on job,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The practicing nurses relatively lack the knowledge of occupational exposure knowledge in practical operations,their awareness of occupational safe protection is weak,which needs to strengthen the cultivating and educating of specialized knowledge.
