摘要
本文通过多次试验,对藏羊细管精液在不同冷冻温度曲线下冷冻、对细管冻精采用不同温度、不同时间的水浴方法解冻,筛选出藏羊最佳冷冻最终温度为：-100~140℃（7min）,最佳解冻条件为：38℃（20 s）~40℃（15s）的水浴温度下解冻,各项指标均较理想。。
The semen of Tibetan sheep was freezed under different freezing temperature curve, meanwhile, the tubule freezing semen was defrosted by water bath in different temperature and time. The results showed that the best freezing temperature was-100℃-140℃（7min）, the best defrosting condition was 38℃（20 seconds）-40℃（15 seconds）of water bath temperature.
