摘要
用微米级的氧化铝(Al_2O_3)作为导热填料,通过共混、熔融挤出制备Al_2O_3/POM导热复合材料。结果表明,Al_2O_3粉体经偶联剂表面处理,能明显改善Al_2O_3/POM复合材料的导热性能、力学性能、熔体流动速率,且随着Al_2O_3含量的增加,复合材料的导热系数增加,当经表面处理的AR-15 Al_2O_3的填充量为60%时,复合材料的导热系数为1.30 W/(m·K),拉伸强度为40.7 MPa,冲击强度为3.9 k J/m^2,复合材料的综合性能良好。
The thermally conductive composites of aluminium oxide (Al2O3 )/polyoxymethylene (POM) were prepared by blending and melt extrusion with micron-sized Al2O3 as the filler. The results show that Al2O3 powders modified with coupling agents could significantly improve the thermally conductive and mechanical properties and melt flow index of the Al2O3/POM composites. Furthermore, with the increase of Al2O3 content, the thermal conductivity of the composite is improved; when the content of modified AR-15 Al2O3 is 60%, the Al2O3/POM composites show the best combination properties with the thermal conductivity of 1.30 W/( m · K) , the tensile strength of 40.7 MPa and the impact strength of 3.9 kJ/m2.
