摘要
在"互联网+"环境下,零售企业满足顾客网络消费体验的能力成为制约零售企业发展的关键因素。互联网主要经历了以"互联网"为技术工具阶段、以"互联网"为商业平台阶段、以系统化为互联网融合平台阶段(即"互联网+阶段)三个阶段,并对"互联网+"进行了概念研究。本文顾客体验理论运用到零售企业的创新体系之中,分析了零售企业创新行为、零售企业顾客体验价值、零售企业创新绩效三者之间的关系,建构了基于顾客体验视角的零售企业创新体系。在此基础上,提出了"互联网+"环境下中国零售企业创新体系应用模型。
At the background of "Internet plus", the ability of satisfying the customer's consuming experience has become the key factor for the retail business development. There are three periods of the Internet, which are the technical tool period, business platform period and the internet convergence platform period. We also do some research on the concept of "Internet plus". The paper analyses the relationship of the retail business innovative behavior, consumer experience value and innovation performance, and applies the consumer experience theory to the retail business innovative system to construct the retail business innovative system based on the perspective of consumer experience. Finally, we put forward the Chinese retail business innovative system application model at the "Internet plus" background.
