摘要
在自制实验装置中模拟生物堆技术修复二氯苯、硝基苯和邻(对)硝基氯化苯污染土壤,研究了4种处理条件下污染物去除情况。实验运行40 d,结果表明:添加适量秸秆和菇渣作为生物堆土壤改良剂,可明显提高生物堆有机质含量和通气性,提高二氯苯、硝基苯和邻(对)硝基氯化苯的去除率;添加高浓度微生物菌剂未能有效提高氯苯和硝基苯类化合物的去除率。添加1%的秸秆,2%的菇渣,通气速率为30 m L/min时去除效果最佳,处理40 d时,氯苯、硝基苯和邻对硝基氯化苯的去除率分别达95.4%,91.7%和72.6%。
In this paper,4 conditions f or simulation of biopile remediation of dichlorobenzene、nitrobenzene and o(p)-Chloronitrobenzene contaminated soils were studied. It was found that adding straw and mushroom residue into the biopile could significantly promote the removal rate of Contaminants, increase organic concentration in biopile and promote aeration;and the adding bioaugmented bacteria actually inhibited their removal rate. when the addition of straw was set as 10g/kg mushroom residue at 20 g/kg and the aeration at 30 m L/min, the dichlorobenzene、nitrobenzene and o(p)-Chloronitrobenzene removal rate was the highest, reaching up to 95.4%,91.7% and 72.6%.
