摘要
中医认为,青少年寻常性痤疮的病因病机外以风、热、寒、湿等外邪侵袭为主,内有血热、虚损等而致。采用面针结合背俞穴刺络拔罐法治疗是以面部皮损局部为中心行多针围刺,直达患处,能加快面部气血运行;根据不同证型选择相应的背俞穴行刺络拔罐治疗,可调理脏腑气血,促进脏腑生理功能。
Acne is a kind of disease that occurs in puberty. It is chronic,inflammatory and disfigured. In traditional Chinese medicine,acne is caused by wind,heat,cold,wet,blood-heat,and deficiency. Surface needle and blood-letting puncturing and cupping on back shu point for acne is a method that makes lesions as the center and acupunctures them,it can speed up the facial blood runs. According to different syndromes,we blood-letting puncture and cup on different back shu point. It can regulate qi and blood of Zang-Fu organs,and promote organs normal physiological function.
