摘要
航空飞行器及零部件由于工况复杂常常伴随有变形现象,对变形分布和变形过程进行测量既有科学意义又具应用价值,测量结果可为航空装备结构设计、力学性能分析、空气动力学研究等提供重要参考数据。针对航空装备三维动态变形测量难题,回顾了现有动态变形测量手段,分析了各种方法的特点、适用性和局限性,重点讨论了最具前景的视频测量中的关键技术,指出了其应用于航空装备动态测量现存的问题和研究方向。
Aviation aircrafts and their spare parts often experience deformation due to the complex work conditions,measuring the deformation distribution and deformation process have scientific significance and application value. The measurement results provide reliable reference data for aviation equipments structure design,mechanical properties analysis and study on aerodynamics. The traditional measuring methods were reviewed,their advantages and shortages were analyzed. To realize full-field deformation measurement on aviation equipment,the 3D optical measurement method videogrammetry was presented and discussed,key technology and future development trend were also predicted.
