摘要
为实现炸药等危险化学品在贮存、运输中的远距离实时监控,采用高频无线射频(13.56MHz)和超高频无线射频(920~925MHz)对黑索今(RDX)分别进行1、2、3、5、6h的连续照射,采用红外光谱仪和X 射线衍射仪检测了照射后RDX 的分子结构和晶型,并按照国军标GJB772A97方法测试了其性能.结果表明,高频和超高频无线电波均对RDX 晶体的分子结构、晶型及性能没有影响.表明无线射频识别(RFID)技术可用于RDX 的信息化管理中.
To realize remote real-time monitoring of storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals,the continuous irradiation of hexogen(RDX)for 1,2,3,5,and 6hours was performed respectively using high-frequency(HF)radio of 13.56 MHz and ultra high-frequency(UHF)radio of 920-925 MHz.The molecular structure and crystal form of RDX after irradiation were measured by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.Its performance was tested according to the national standard method.The results show that HF radio waves and UHF radio waves have no effect on the molecular structure,crystal form and performance of RDX crystal,showing that the radio frequency identification(RFID)technology can be used in information management of RDX.
