摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念在急诊阑尾切除术患者中的应用疗效及可行性。方法将我院2013年3月至2014年5月行阑尾切除术的60例患者随机分成FTS组和对照组,FTS组采用快速康复外科模式进行治疗和护理,对照组则采用传统的方法进行治疗和护理,观察两组患者术后不良反应发生情况、恢复正常饮食时间、肠道排气时间、住院时间及C-反应蛋白变化情况。结果与对照组对比,FTS组患者C-反应蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),恢复正常饮食时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念在急诊阑尾切除手术患者中的应用效果良好,不良反应少,可缩短患者恢复正常饮食时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the concept of Fast-track Surgery（FTS）in curative effect and feasibility of the emergency appendectomy patients.Methods 60 patients of appendix resection in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014,were randomly divided into FTS group and control group,FTS group adopts the model of Fast-track Surgery treatment and nursing,the control group,the use of traditional method for treatment and nursing,and observe the 2 groups of patients adverse reactions occur,returned to normal diet,intestinal ventilation time,length of hospital stay and C reactive protein changes.ResultsCompared with control group and FTS group c-reactive protein levels in patients were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,returned to normal diet time,anus exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）,postoperative complication rate is lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe application of FTS principle in the perioperative management of mergency appendectomy surgery is safe and effective,can shorten patients return to normal diet time,anus exhaust time and hospitalization time,is worthy of popularization and application.
