摘要
洞内拆机是TBM施工的重要环节,针对前人关于此项技术研究的不足,基于西秦岭隧道工程特点,从拆机准备方案设计到主机系统或部件拆卸方法研究,全面分析与介绍TBM洞内拆机关键技术。从拆卸洞室设计、施工设备配置、设备清理及步进机构安装等方面进行了拆机准备方案论述,对刀盘、主轴承、盾体、支撑系统、桥架等主要系统或部件的拆卸方法或步骤进行了分析与研究,总结了机械部件、电器系统及液压系统的标识方法。
Disassembled scheme in-tunnel is an important link for TBM construction. In view of the drawback to study on TBM disassembled technology in-tunnel,the key technologies were researched and analyzed from the two aspects of TBM disassembled preparation scheme and system demount methods.TBM disassembled preparation scheme was expounded from the aspects of demount chamber design,construction equipment configuration,facilities cleaning,step mechanism installation. Demount methods or procedures of the major systems and parts were analyzed in detail,such as cutter-head,main bearing,shield,support system,bridge and so on. Identification methods of mechanical components,electric system,and hydraulic system were summarized.
