摘要 苏州中心广场中庭钢结构分布在建筑结构中心区域,位于地铁线上方,整个结构为独立结构体系。主要由格构式框架柱、横向主桁架、纵向主桁架、次桁架等结构组成,框架柱及主受力桁架构件体量大,且单榀桁架最重达100多t,需分段吊装,焊接工作量大。采用"跨外吊装、分段制作、分段运输、设置滑移临时支撑胎架、定点分段吊装"的施工方法。此方法既能消除对在线运营地铁的影响,同时也可减少对其他专业工程施工的影响。 The atrium structure in Suzhou Center Square locates in the center region of the whole structure,above the running metro line,and is an independent structure system which is constituted by lattice frame column,transverse and longitudinal main truss,and the secondary truss. The frame column and main loading truss have large mass and the maximum weight of a single truss is about more than 100 tons,which need to be hoisted by segment and need a large quantities of welding work. The construction adopts the method of hoisting out of span,prefabrication and translation by segment,setting temporary supporting jigs and hoisting by segment. This method not only eliminates the influence on the running metro line,but also reduces influence on the other specialty construction.
