摘要
采用熔体冷却的方法制备出了添加Bi2O3的ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5-Na2O系统玻璃,并借助IR、DTA等对该系玻璃结构、物理及化学稳定性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,磷酸盐系统玻璃的结构随着Bi2O3含量的不断增加未发生明显的变化;当引入Bi2O3含量不断增加时,玻璃的转变温度与软化温度没有太大变化。此外,随着Bi2O3取代Sb2O3的含量不断增加,玻璃的耐水性得到明显改善,当Bi2O3质量分数为10%时,玻璃的单位表面失重下降至1.64mg/cm2。由于Bi2O3和Sb2O3的分子质量和摩尔体积相差不大,所以取代后磷酸盐玻璃的密度和摩尔体积有所上升但变化不大。玻璃的热膨胀系数随着Bi2O3质量分数的增加,先增加后减小。当引入Bi2O3后,体系的析晶能力明显提高,之后随着引入量的增加趋于平缓。
The ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5-Na2O-Bi2O3 system glasses were fabricated by melt quenching method and the structures and properties were studied by IR and DTA.There were no remarkable changes in structure of phosphate glasses with the increasing amount of Bi2O3 substitution for Sb2O3.The same change tendency at glasses transition temperature and softening temperature in ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5-Na2O-Bi2O3 system glasses was observed and the water durability of the glasses was increased with the increasing Bi2O3 content.When the mass fraction of Bi2O3 was 10%,the surface of unit weight loss decreased to 1.64 mg/cm2.The decrease in the density and molar volume of the glasses was small due to the similar oxide molar volume and molecular weights of Bi2O3 and Sb2O3.The CTE was increased with the increasing Bi2O3 content and then decreased.The crystallization was enhanced notably with the increasing Bi2O3 content.
