摘要
运用Ansys软件对屏蔽电机及组件进行有限元模态分析,得到电机及其组件的各阶固有频率和振形。分析时对电机及组件模型进行了简化处理,并用叠片结构模拟电机定子,使模拟实体更加接近物理模型,得到的计算结果接近于实际值。仿真得到的频率值,均高于外界工作环境激振力的频率范围,避免了屏蔽电机产生共振,保证了电机工作时的安全性。电机的模态分析为后续进行的拓扑优化及优化设计提供了参考依据。
Each order natural frequency and vibration shape of the shield electric machine and its components could be got using Ansys.The closer physical model and more accurate calculation results could be got by simplified the model of shield electric machine and its component,and simulated the motor stator with the laminated structure.The frequency of the simulation result was beyond the frequency scope of the exciting force,protecting the motor from resonance.Modal analysis of the motor provided some reference for the topology and design optimization.
