摘要
目的:探讨早期康复护理对预防脑血管意外瘫痪患者的作用。方法:选取2013年3月-2015年3月在本院治疗的120例脑血管意外瘫痪者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为两组,观察组进行早期康复护理,对照组采取常规护理措施,护理结束后,根据患者肢体活动能力以及生活能力对康复效果进行评估。结果:出院时,观察组肢体运动功能改善效果明显好于入院前及对照组;观察组生活自理能力明显好于入院前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血管意外瘫痪者实施早期康复护理,能有效改善患者肢体活动能力和生活能力。
Objective To explore effects of early rehabilitation nursing on the prevention of accidental cerebrovascular paralysis of patients. Method One hundred and twenty patients with cerebrovascular accident paralysis undergoing treatment in the Hospital from March, 2013 to March, 2015 were selected as research subjects, who were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The patients in the observation group were subject to early rehabilitation nursing, and patients in the control group were subject to routine nursing measures, and effects of rehabilitation were evaluated after nursing according to the activity ability and life ability of limbs. Result The improvement effects of limbs＇ movement functions after discharge were obviously better than those effects in the observation group and such improvement of pre-hospitalization and the control group. The life self-care ability of patients in the observation group was obviously better than before pre-hospital and the control group, and the differences in two groups of patients were of statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing applied on patients with accidental cerebrovascular paralysis can effectively improve the activity ability and life ability of limbs.
