广佛线地铁“系统修”的可行性研究与运用 被引量:3

摘要 分析广佛线地铁现行车辆维修模式中存在的不足,并调查国内其他城市地铁维修模式。结合广佛线地铁可用车辆数量减少,而供车数量增加的实际情况,以及列车各系统的季节性表现和实际运用情况,提出取消固定扣车,利用运营早晚高峰的"天窗期"对车辆某个系统进行检修,提高检修效率和质量。通过试行取得良好的效果,"系统修"不仅能维持列车关键设备半年间隔的检修周期不变,确保列车的安全可靠性,而且有效提高检修效率和车辆利用率,值得推广,为地铁车辆提供新的维修模式。 The paper makes an analysis on the deficiencies of current vehicle maintenance mode in Guangfo Metro and investigation of metro maintenance mode in other cities. Considering the actual situation of Guangfo Metro,where the number of vehicles available is reducing while the number of vehicles offered keeps increasing,and the seasonal performance of sub systems as well as their practical application,we proposed to adopt the"System Repair"scheme,that is,making use of"window period"of the operation to overhaul sub systems so as to improve maintenance efficiency and quality while the vehicle maintenance outage is canceled. The trial achieved good results. "System Repair"cannot only maintain the six-month maintenance cycle of the key equipment,ensure the safety and reliability of train,but also effectively improve the maintenance efficiency and vehicle utilization rate,which is worthy of being promoted. It will provide a new maintenance mode for metro vehicle.
