摘要
目的探索分析小儿外科健康教育的内容与方法。方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月在我院外科进行治疗的100例患儿和其家属为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例患儿和家属,给予对照组常规的外科疾病知识普及,在此基础上给与观察组具有针对性的健康教育,观察分析两组患儿和家属对外科疾病知识的知晓情况以及满意情况。结果观察组患儿和家属对外科疾病知识的知晓情况以及满意情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论小儿外科健康教育的内容主要包括环境适应,心理支持,饮食指导,并发症防治等,其内容和方法具有多样性,临床上需要根据具体的教育对象和教育内容进行方法的选择,开展健康教育能够有效地提高患儿和其家属认可度和专科知识掌握度。
Objective To explore the content and method of health education in pediatric surgery. Methods 100 cases of children and their families were chosen as the research object from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 children and their families, to the control group of conventional surgical disease knowledge, on this basis to give the observation group with a targeted health education, observation and analysis of the two groups of children and their families on surgical disease knowledge and satisfaction. Results In the observation group, children and their families were significantly better than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The contents and methods of health education in pediatric surgery mainly include environmental adaptation, psychological support, diet guidance, prevention of complications, and so on. It is needed to carry out health education in accordance with the specific educational object and educational content.
