摘要
抗生素从20世纪早期被发现以来,就被当作抗菌感染的特效药物,开始广泛应用于临床。在之后70多年里,人类研制、开发抗生素的脚步从未停歇。目前应用于临床的抗生素已不下200种。然而由于抗生素的大量广泛使用,带来了诸多问题。人类分析其出现的问题,在提出合理使用抗生素对策的同时,开始关注抗生素研发的一些新思路。总结新思路,可以看出其与中国古代哲学及中医学思想的一致性。由此,学习其思想理论可能对研发新的抗生素提供一些帮助。
Since the early 20th century, antibiotics were found and regarded as the effects of antimicrobial infection drugs which were widely used in clinical. Over the next seven decades, the research and development of antibiotics never stopped. Currently, antibiotics applied to clinical has more than 200. Due to the numerous widely used of antibiotics, however,many problems have been brought. To solve these problems, people analyzed problems and puts forward some countermeasures such as rational use of antibiotics, at the same time, people begin to pay close attention to new ideas about the research and development of antibiotics. By summing up new ideas, we can see its consistency with the experience of China ancient philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine thinking. Thus, learning the experience of China ancient philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine thinking may provide some help to research and develop new antibiotics.
