摘要
目的调查临床护士心理资本与关爱能力状况，分析两者的关系。方法采用心理资本问卷（PCQ）和关爱能力评价表（CAI）对268名临床护士进行问卷调查，对护士心理资本与关爱能力的关系进行分析。结果护士PCQ总分为（81．44±14．13）分，CAI总分为（191．21±20．48）分，心理资本与关爱能力呈正相关（r值为0．295～0．438，P〈0．01）。结论临床护士心理资本水平和关爱能力较低，护理管理者应关注护士心理资本，采取多种措施提升其心理资本，以便提高其护理关爱能力。
Objective To investigate the clinical nurse＇s psychological capital and eating ability, and analyze their relationship between them. Methods The psychological capital questionnaire （PGQ） and eating ability rating form （CAI） were used to investigate 268 clinical nurses, and the relationship was analyzed between psychological capital and earing ability. Results The total score of pCQ was （81.44 ± 14, 13） mad total score of CAI was （ 191.21 ± 20.48） ; the psychological capital was positive correlated with earing ability （ r = 0.295 -0.438,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The psychological capital and earing ability are low in clinical nurses, so nursing managers should focus on nurse＇s psychological capital so as to enhance nurse＇s earing ability.
