摘要
通过对轮胎胎冠胶中的炭黑和120目胶粉进行变量实验,采用回归分析的方法对各项性能进行分析,得到胎冠胶中各项性能随胶粉和炭黑用量改变而变化的规律,确定了胶粉在轮胎胎冠胶中部分替代炭黑的最佳用量范围。120胶粉用量在20份以内,胎冠胶的主要性能基本不受影响。胶粉替代部分炭黑加入到轮胎胎冠胶中,不但能降低轮胎胎冠胶原材料成本,还能减轻废旧轮胎带来的黑色污染。
The variable experiments of carbon black and 120 mesh rubber powders were done in crown compound and the characteristics were analyzed by regression analysis method. The changing characteristics of dealt nature rubber by rubber powders and carbon black and vulcanized rubber were obtained. Finally,the best dosage range of the rubber powder replacing the carbon black was determined. The characteristics of crown compound were nearly changed within the 120 mesh rubber powders under 20 percent content. By the rubber powders partially replacing the carbon black in crown compound,not only is cost-effective,but also is environmental.
