摘要
本文试图为教师教育者的自我研究迁移到在职教师的教学实践中提供一定学理上的探讨。在界定在职教师自我研究概念的基础上,重点从教育本性,教育现实,基础牢固,方法多元四个角度论证了在职教师自我研究的学理基础、现实和方法基础。接着,分析了在职教师实施自我研究实施的四大具体措施。最后,指出在职教师自我研究是教师发展的一种新的方式,但不能照搬大学教师教育中的自我研究。对一些核心问题,研究者要做进一步探讨。
This paper attempts to transfer teacher-educator 's self-study to the in-service teachers in basic education and to build up academic foundation for this transferring. After defining the in-service teacher 's self-study,the paper presents the academic foundation for the concept from four aspects: the nature of education,educational reality,theoretic foundations for self- study and methodological support. Then,the paper advances the favorable conditions for the implementation of this teacher development approach. The paper warns that direct transfer of self-study from teacher educators to the in-service teachers might not safe. Therefore,some essential issues should be investigated in the future research.
