摘要
目的观察中药外用治疗、护理Ⅱ～Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果.方法治疗组采用自制散剂以掺药疗法将药物制成极细粉末直接撒布于疮面局部与对照组庆大霉素喷洒疮面,凡士林纱条外敷相比较.结果治疗组21～45 d愈合,平均愈合时间33 d,而对照组55～80 d,平均愈合时间67 d.两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0 05）.结论中药外用治疗,护理Ⅱ—Ⅲ期压疮疗效明显,治愈周期短.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external therapy of Chinese medicine and nursing l] -]l[ period on pressure ulcers. Methods The treatment group used home-made powder with drugs made of very fine powder directly spreading on the local ulcers face. The control group used gentamicin to spray ulcers face, and external applied Vaseline and gauze. The effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the treatment group, ulcers face healed in 21-45 d, and the average healing time was 33 d. While in the control group, ulcers face healed in 55-80 d, the average healing time was 67 d. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The external therapy of Chinese medicine and nursing Ⅱ-Ⅲ period on pressure ulcers had significant effect and short treatment period.
